For summer days, this dress seems to be very comfortable and beautiful. İpek wore it to work. The color and the details of the dress make her ready for an after work dinner or event. She seems also really happy in it. :)

Şahane Hatalar - Heather McElhatton: İlginç bir kitap. Çoktan seçmeli gibi, kitap içersinde kendi kaderinizi kendiniz seçiyorsunuz. Bir kaç kere aynı yerden farklı şeyler seçtim. Genel olarak kitapta kesin olan tek şey, bir şekilde hep ölüyorsunuz hikaye bitiyor. Gerçek hayattaki gibi, kesin olarak tek bildiğimiz şey öyle ya da böyle öleceğimiz. Geri kalan ne varsa da yaşamın kendisi. Yaşayın!

At the moment I shared, I was not on the higher steps. But now, things have changed, my feelings have changed.:))) Right now, I am going from "I can do it- I will do it" to "Yes, I did it".
For example, I did changed the look of my facebook page, learned some tips to make it more customized, to make it more fun and understandable.:) I feel better now.
I recommend you all to do at least one thing, you have been postponing. Starting right now! A good way to spend time on Sunday. It makes your energy go up, really really up.:)

Kaç zamandır "yapacağım" diyip yapmadığınız, ertelediğiniz bir şeyi, şu anda hemen yapmanızı öneririm. Bir Pazar gününü geçirmek için baya iyi bir yöntem. Enerjinizi de inanılmaz yükseltiyor.:)

Playing with My Hair...

...works well, while I work late at the office, in order to re-focus on my work. It is hard to keep working, when it is so hot out. It feels like electricty is ging through my back, when it is hot and the details are rough.
Sooooo, yesterday night, I enjoyed myself playing with my hair, (and taking photos of it, of course).
Here are the results:). - Derya was out of office, so I didn't have a braid like I had before :/. Next time...

Çalışırken, saçımla oynamak, yaptığım işe odaklanabilmek için iyi oluyor. Dışarısı bu kadar sıcakken, sürekli dikkatinin dağılmadan çalışılması çok çok zor. Bir de detaylı işlerle uğraşırken adeta karıncalanıyor sırtım.
Bu sebeple, bir nefes alıp tekrar işe dönme zamanını, saçımla oynayarak -ve tabii fotoğrafını çekerek- geçirmek eğlenceli bir aktivite halini alıyor. 
İşte sonuçlar..:) - Derya ofiste yoktu, o yüzden önceki örgüm gibi bir örgü üretilemedi :/. Bir dahakine artık...

I am back!:) Before I post anything about my lovely holiday, I have other things waiting to be posted...
Here is a set of little bottled parfumes that I bought from Victoria's Secret. I needed little bottles to stay in my purse, at the office, in my car for any occasions that I would have to visit without first going home. I needed them. As I was walking in the mall and thinking that "I would need little bottles of parfume..", I found myself in Victoria's Secret store. And saw this package, made of 12 kinds of Victoria's Secret parfumes! :) I like the sweet aroma. My favorites are "Sexy, Very Sexy, Incredible, Desire".
What kind of parfumes do you like: sweet, sour or spicy? If you stop by the store - or maybe you are already usuing these parfumes- , try them and tell me which one is your favorite. 
PS: Don't you love the pink bags and the way the products are packaged in Victoria's Secret? I love it!

Victoria's Secret'tan aldığım küçük parfümler çok hoşuma gitti. Hep diyordum, işte, çantamda, arabamda küçük şişelerde parfümlerim olsa ne iyi olur diye. Alışveriş merkezinde yine bunları düşünüp dolaşırken kendimi Victoria's Secet mağazasında buldum. Ve bu 12'li paketi gördüm!:) En beğendiklerim tatlı olanlar oldu. "Sexy, Very Sexy, Incredible, Desire" favorilerim, onu da öğrenmiş oldum. 
Siz nasıl parfümleri seversiniz: Daha tatlı mı, ekşi mi, yoksa baharatlı mı? Bir uğrayıp deneyin parfümleri derim -ya da belki zaten kullanıyorsunuzdur-, sonra da söyleyin bana, favori kokunuz hangisi.

The Perfect Red Dresses

Here is the red dress that I was talking about on Sunday. :)  A Zuhair Murad dress. Fall-Winter 2012-2013 Couture. This is the nearest to perfection, I guess.

Real Vacation Time!

Finally, my day has come!:) Tomorrow I will be going to Bodrum!:)))
Sweet summer vacation... I wish that it would be a vacation filled with rest, sea, sun, beauties...etc.anything that reminds me of peace and love.:)
Here is how I filled my luggage! Mostly shorts and sleeveless blouses with variety of colors. I tried to take some accessories that match with my outfits. and my sandals...and in case of emergency (fancy dinner) I am taking my high heels with me.
Well, at the end of the holiday, I would probably realize that I haven't worn half of the oufits.:))

Büyük ihtimalle tatil bitiminde, yanıma aldıklarımın yarısını giymediğimi fark edeceğim...:))

Everyday Dress

I have been looking for a cotton dress with normal skirt height and normal sleeves, so that I can wear it to work too. Koton always helps me to find what I want! :)
Here is my dress with white-dark blue stripes. I love it. I wear it a lot on these hot summer - city- days.

Normal etek boyuna sahip, normal uzunlukta kolları olan pamuklu bir elbise arıyordum. Hem her yere, özellikle de işe, giyebileyim, hem de rahat edeyim diye. Koton da her zamanki gibi yine yardımcı oldu bana!:)
Lacivert-beyaz çizgili elbisem. Seviyorum baya. Sıcak yaz günlerinde şehirde giymek için de baya rahat oluyor.

Braided Hair!

Geçen hafta, tam bir "düğün maratonu" dediğim haftalardandı. Bilirsiniz, kızların düğünlere hazırlanması da zaman alır. Ben de post hazırlamak yerine, anca kendimi düğünlere hazırlayabildim :)))). Geçmiş günlerdeki kıyafetler olsun, güzellik konuları olsun, gidilen mekanlar olsun daha paylaşamadıklarım hakkında önümüzdeki zamanda sizleri bilgilendireceğim.
Ama bunlardan önce, size ofiste önemli bir konu üzerinde konuşurken iş arkadaşım Derya'nın yaptığı saç modelimi göstermek istiyorum. Yeteneklidir kendisi! :) Tekrar teşekkürler Derya!

Bachelorette Party @Cahide !

Last week, we went to Cahide for a close friend's bacherolette party. Yes, we had fun!:)
The Wedding is tonight, exciting!:)
Cahide is one of the best places for the bachelorette parties in Istanbul. Every season, the Cahide team changes the concept of the place and the shows. This season it is Alice's Wonderland.
I think it is very nice to have an option like Cahide to have fun. If you want something else other than just going to a bar and dance to have fun, you should go to Cahide for any kind of celebrations.:)))

People go, Things stay

This vest is actually Mom's. She gave it to me. My grandmother gave it to her. And my gandfather's mother gave to my grandmother. This is the vest that my grandfather's mother wore, when she gave birth to my grandfather. That is about 95 years ago. And still I am wearing it. It is one its kind and probably antique and handmade. I am not sure, if anyone still do the same kind of knitting. Well, maybe there is, but it won't be the same as this one. This has a history on it. It is worth 3 lives for me, and I don't know how much that would cost. It is priceless.;)

Bu yelek aslında annemindi. Bana verdi. Anneannem de anneme vermiş. Anneanneme de, dedemin annesi (yani kayınvalidesi) vermiş. Dedenin annesi, dedemi doğurduktansonra lohusalık dönemi boyunca giymiş. Bu da bir 95 sene kadar önce. Ve ben hala giyiyorum. Türünün tek örneği olabilir. Antika ve el yapımı. Bu şekilde ören hala var mıdır bilmiyorum. Varsa bile, bununla aynı olamayacaktır. Bir tarih taşıyor bu yelek. Benim için 3 yaşam değerinde, ve bunun da ne kadar para edeceği hakkında hiç bir fikrim yok. Maddi olarak değeri ölçülemez.;)
