For a Graduation Ceremony

Well, not mine (it's been 4 years since my grad.,yes!), it was my cousin's. I like these kinds of events where people supposed to cry because the good feelings coming from the heart.:))
And what I wore was a black skirt (formal), flowery-colorful blouse (fun) and these beautiful Cassette shoes (piece of art).
Congrats to all graduates! Now the real thing is on for all of you... ;)

Mezuniyet töreni için... Benim değil (Allah'tan 4 sene önce bitti bu işler!), kuzenimin mezuniyet törenine gittik. Bu tarz, kalpten gelen güzel duygulardan ötürü bol bol mutluluk gözyaşları döktürten "mürüvvet" olaylarını seviyorum.:))
Ve giydiklerim de siyah etek (resmi), çiçekli-renkli bluz (eğlenceli) ve bu muhteşem Cassette ayakkabılarım (sanat eseri).
Bu vesile ile de tüm mezunları tebrik ediyorum! Asıl şimdi başlıyor olay... ;)

Istanbul Ferikoy Antiques Bazaar

On Sunday, we were at Istanbul Ferikoy Antique Bazaar. If you are the kind of person who likes antiques, old things, "vintage", used items, going to this bazaar might be the best activity for you to do on Sunday.
Even though, I am not an antique and vintage buyer, I enjoyed being there.
There were many items that I see in my Grandparents' houses. Some items are the ones that we already gave away from my house.
We took a close look at almost all of the stands. I like the little spoons and teeny-tiny coffee cups the most.
From what we saw, an important question popped into our minds: Why on earth would people take away the bank and street name plates from their actual places, if they don't sell them to the by the metal ateilers for re-using them? :) I guess, memories??

Pazar günü Feriköy'deki Antika Pazarı'ndaydık. Eğer antikaları, eski şeyleri, kullanılmış eşyaları seven biriyseniz,  bir Pazar günü için bu pazarı ziyaret etmeyi düşünebilirsiniz. 
Eski eşya alıcısı olmamama rağmen gezmekten çok keyif aldım.
Anneannemin, babaannemin evinde gördüğüm birçok parçaya rastladım. Bizim evimizden de yıllar önce verdiğimiz eşyalardan bile gördüm.
Neredeyse tüm tezgahları inceledik. En çok küçük kaşıkları ve mini minnacık fincanları sevdim.
Gördüklerimiz bize şu soruyu sordurdu: İnsanlar neden banka ve sokak adı levhalarını yerlerinden söküp de alırlar, hele hele de metal atölyelerine tekrar kullanmak üzere satmıyorlarsa? :) Anılardır, heralde ??
